Ordering from rocopenhagen.com is easy and secure. Once you have found a piece of jewellery you wish to purchase, click the “Add to Basket” button to add it to your shopping cart. Then, follow the instructions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Your order is only finalised at the end of the checkout process, where you will be asked to enter your delivery and payment details. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.

United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

We ensure that your jewellery arrives safely andelegantly. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your parcel’s journey.
If you have any questions about shipping orcustoms, our team is always here to assist you.If your item is a non-stock item, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 8 weeks.
As a service we offer different shipment opportunities for your preferences. These could be GLS, DHL, FedEx or UPS.
We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over €300. For our customers in Denmark, shipping is free on all orders.

Ro Copenhagen jewellery is crafted from the finest 18-karat red or white gold. We select only the highest quality gold to ensure the longevity of each piece, enhancing both its durability and the joy it brings over time. As 18-karat gold ages, it develops a natural patina that further enriches the beauty of the jewellery.
All Danish jewellery in 18-karat gold is stamped with the '750' mark, symbolising its purity.
The gold used in our jewllery falls into two categories. The first is recycled gold, certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council. While recycled gold offers numerous benefits, we recognise that it does not fully address the conditions of the mines from which it originates. Therefore, we are proud to be among the few in Denmark to introduce SMO (Single Mine Origin) gold. SMO gold is traceable to a specific mine, ensuring full transparency throughout the supply chain.

Our jewellery is handcrafted from 18-karat white or red gold. It is nickel free gold of the highest quality. However, even our jewellery, made from the finest materials, still requires proper care and attention. To ensure it continues to sparkle and look beautiful year after year, the right maintenance is essential.
