Purchasing and Payment
You can purchase goods through Ro Copenhagen’s webshop 24 hours a day.
We process orders between 10.00 -15.00 on weekdays, orders completed after this time will be processed the following weekday. You can pay with the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa/Electron, Maestro, Euro/MasterCard and MobilePay. We also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not charge fees for payment.
The transaction amount will first be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped from our warehouses in Copenhagen or London. It is your responsibility to ensure that Ro Copenhagen is given the correct shipping information for your order.
You must be over 18 years old to shop at RoCopenhagen.com. If you are under age 18, you must provide written consent from one of your parents or your legal guardian.
An order confirmation will be sent to the given e-mail address as soon as we have received your webshop order. In addition, you will receive a shipment confirmation when we have shipped your order.
The prices shown on Ro Copenhagen’s website are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT.
The price you bought your item for will always be applicable. Ro Copenhagen expressly reserves the right to modify, supplement or delete prices and content without prior advance notice. Prices are only applicable within Denmark’s borders, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
If your item is in stock, we will ship it to you in 1-2 business days. If your item is a non-stock item, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 7 weeks.
We ship all of our packages via DHL. We offer free shipping to all countries in the EU, Norway, Switzerland, Australia and the USA.
As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase.
This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.
If the purchase consists of several consignments or parts, the right to cancel will lapse 14 days after the day you receive the last consignment or the last part.
The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to email@example.com or make use of the standard cancellation form.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.
Cancelling Part of the Purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order.
Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.
Returning the Goods
When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 16 days in which to return the goods to us.
You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport.
The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
If you wish to exchange an item, please simply return your order and then make a re-order for your preferred piece(s). We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging.

Ro Copenhagen is not obliged to compensate for items lost in the post.
You are responsible for the item from the time of delivery. Once Ro has received a returned item and approved the return, you will be notified.
We will only accept packages sent directly to this adress.
You can also cancel the purchase by informing us and personally returning the article to the above address by prior agreement.
Refund of the Purchase Sum
If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.
Please send return items with delivery to Ro Copenhagen’s address. Return items sent to a post office or parcel box will automatically be returned to the sender and must then be re-sent (with delivery). All expenses in such situations are the responsibility of the sender.
Right to Make Complaints
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your freight costs (within reason). The article must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.
Be aware that precious stones are natural materials, and therefore they can vary in colour and tone. Two stones will never be completely identical, and natural variations cannot be claimed as errors.
Should you need to make a claim, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph of your item and a description of your issue. Please reference your order number in the subject field or email body. Ro Copenhagen will be in contact following receipt of any claim.

A gift card for Ro Copenhagen’s webshop is valid for three years from the date of issue.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. An item purchased with a gift card can be returned and exchanged for another item and, if necessary, a credit note for the remaining amount. Ro Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for gift cards or credit notes that are lost, stolen or damaged.
Personal Data Policy
We need the following information when you trade with us: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
We register and pass on the personal details which are necessary for GLS to deliver the goods to you.
Personal data is registered with Ro Copenhagen ApS and is kept for five years, after which the details are deleted.
In addition, we work with a number of other companies who store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf, and must not use them for their own purposes.
We work only with processors of data in the EU or in countries where your data will be given adequate protection.

You are entitled to be told what details about you we process.
If you believe the details are inaccurate, you are entitled to have them corrected. In certain situations, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. These could, for instance, be data which are no longer necessary for the purpose we used them for.
