Purchase and Payment

You can buy in Ro Copenhagen's webshop 24 hours a day. We handle orders between 10.00 and 15.00 on weekdays. Orders completed after this will be processed the following business day.

You can pay with the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa/Electron, Maestro and Euro/MasterCard. You can also pay with MobilePay, Google Pay or Apple Pay. We do not charge a fee for payment.

The amount from the transaction will only be deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have the correct shipping information for your order.

You must be 18 years of age to shop at RoCopenhagen.com. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided as soon as we have received your order. In addition, you will receive a shipping confirmation when we have shipped your order.


The prices shown on Ro Copenhagen's website are in Euro and incl. 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices. The price at which you purchased your item will of course always apply.

The prices are only valid within Denmark's borders, excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland.


If your item is in stock, we will ship it to you in 1-2 business days. If your item is a non-stock item, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 7 weeks.
We ship all of our packages via DHL. We offer free shipping to all countries in the EU, Norway, Switzerland, Australia and the USA. 

Cancellation Rights

As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase. 

This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item. 

If the purchase consists of several consignments or parts, the right to cancel will lapse 14 days after the day you receive the last consignment or the last part.

The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to info@rocopenhagen.dk or make use of the standard cancellation form.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.

No cancellation right
We do not offer a right to cancellation when the item has been made according to your specifications or has received a clear personal touch. This could, for example, be jewelry that you have designed yourself or a piece of jewelry with an engraving you have chosen.

Returning the Goods

When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 16 days in which to return the goods to us.

You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport.

The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.

If you wish to exchange an item, please simply return your order and then make a re-order for your preferred piece(s). We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article

Ro Copenhagen is not obliged to compensate for items lost in the post.
You are responsible for the item from the time of delivery. Once Ro has received a returned item and approved the return, you will be notified.

We will only accept packages sent directly to this adress.

You can also cancel the purchase by informing us and personally returning the article to the above address by prior agreement.

Exchange For Another Size

We offer free returns and shipping when exchanging jewellery for a different size. The desired piece of jewellery must have the same value as the item returned. You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product's nature, characteristics and the way it functions. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If you want to take advantage of the free exchange option, you must send an email to info@rocopenhagen.com with your order number. We will then send you a DHL return label. As soon as we have received your exchange, we will send you the new size, if it is in stock. If the jewellery is not in stock, there is up to 8 weeks delivery time. If you need a size that is not part of our regular range, it is a special order. It is not possible to return special orders. You will be informed about the delivery time when you contact us.

Refund of The Full Purchase Amount

If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase.

We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

Please send return items with delivery to Ro Copenhagen’s address. Return items sent to a post office or parcel box will automatically be returned to the sender and must then be re-sent (with delivery). All expenses in such situations are the responsibility of the sender.

Right to Make Complaints

When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your freight costs (within reason). The article must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.

Be aware that precious stones are natural materials, and therefore they can vary in colour and tone. Two stones will never be completely identical, and natural variations cannot be claimed as errors.
Should you need to make a claim, please send an email to info@rocopenhagen.dk with a photograph of your item and a description of your issue. Please reference your order number in the subject field or email body. Ro Copenhagen will be in contact following receipt of any claim.

A gift card for Ro Copenhagen’s webshop is valid for three years from the date of issue.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. An item purchased with a gift card can be returned and exchanged for another item and, if necessary, a credit note for the remaining amount. Ro Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for gift cards or credit notes that are lost, stolen or damaged.

Personal Data Policy

We need the following information when you trade with us: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

We register and pass on the personal details which are necessary for GLS to deliver the goods to you. 

Personal data is registered with Ro Copenhagen ApS and is kept for five years, after which the details are deleted. 

In addition, we work with a number of other companies who store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf, and must not use them for their own purposes.

We work only with processors of data in the EU or in countries where your data will be given adequate protection. 

On www.rocopenhagen.com, the person responsible for data is Ro Copenhagen ApS.

You are entitled to be told what details about you we process.
If you believe the details are inaccurate, you are entitled to have them corrected. In certain situations, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. These could, for instance, be data which are no longer necessary for the purpose we used them for.
