Returns & Exchanges

As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase.

The right of withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.

The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to info@rocopenhagen.com and make use of the standard cancellation form.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.

CANCELLING PART OF THE PURCHASE

If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order.

Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.



RETURNING THE GOODS

When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 16 days in which to return the goods to us.

You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport.

The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.

If you wish to exchange an item, please simply return your order and then make a re-order for your preferred piece(s). We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article

You may return your item by completing the accompanying return form and sending your jewellery order to:

Ro Copenhagen is not obliged to compensate for items lost in the post.
You are responsible for the item from the time of delivery. Once Ro has received a returned item and approved the return, you will be notified.

We will only accept packages sent directly to this adress.

You can also cancel the purchase by informing us and personally returning the article to the above address by prior agreement.

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE SUM

If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

Please send return items with delivery to Ro Copenhagen’s address. Return items sent to a post office or parcel box will automatically be returned to the sender and must then be re-sent (with delivery). All expenses in such situations are the responsibility of the sender.
