We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over €300. As a service we offer different shipment opportunities for your preferences. These could be GLS, DHL, FedEx or UPS. For our customers in Denmark, shipping is free on all orders.

EU and non-EU orders will be charged in EUR, except for orders shipped to Norway (NOK) and Denmark (DKK).

Within the EU, all taxes are included in the final purchase price, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

VAT and customs information for international orders
Prices on our website include either Danish or Norwegian VAT, depending on your location. When you order from outside the EU, we do not charge Danish VAT (moms) on your purchase. This is because sales to countries outside the EU are exempt from Danish VAT. For these orders, the 25% VAT will be deducted once your order has been processed.

If you place your order on our Norwegian website (rocopenhagen.no), Norwegian VAT applies in accordance with local regulations.

For orders to the United Kingdom, and other countries outside the EU, please note that your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are handled by your local authorities and are not included in our prices. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may need to be paid upon delivery.

USA
We want to offer our customers the best possible experience, and therefore we are currently not shipping to the USA. The current customs fees and unclear regulations unfortunately make it difficult to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
