Withdraw from your purchase
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit your request here. Once we have received your request, we will send a confirmation by email.
As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase.
The right of withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.
The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.

Once we have received your request, we will send a confirmation by email.
The item(s) must be returned to us no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using an insured shipping service. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).
Any claims regarding damaged items must be reported immediately and no later than 7 days after receipt.
How to return an item
- Send an email to info@rocopenhagen.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Complete the return form and include it in the parcel.
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
